Avantages
Nice place to work overall. Great people, good cafeteria, stable, good long-term outlook, good salary and benefits. Beautiful area to live, close to mountains and coast. Generally nice weather.
Inconvénients
Working globally can be a little difficult given the internal politics (e.g., it is a German-owned company and it can be difficult for non-German colleagues to rise to senior positions). It is also a very processed-driven company. Hard to do anything outside the defined process.
