2yOur assessment leads us to believe that the individual behind this review could potentially be a former employee who faced termination due to insufficient skills, knowledge and a bad attitude. The person asserts that the CEO is responsible for the company's decline. It must be stated that this very CEO is the visionary behind the creation of the "amazing company”.
In light of these circumstances, we approach this review with caution. In regard to the some of the specific assertions made:
Compensation for overtime: This claim is inaccurate. All extra efforts put in by employees are duly recognized through bonus structures. While it is true that some staff members occasionally work beyond regular hours, they are duly compensated for these additional efforts.
Adherence to employment regulations: We want to emphasize that we consistently honor all employee entitlements as mandated by relevant legislation.
Bonuses announcement: We would like to clarify that the assertion regarding bonus announcements is entirely false. The CEO has never communicated any such information.
In essence, all the claims presented are devoid of truth.
