      When we talk about a company there are two things that strike, 1.Professionalism. 2.Work environment. Well B2B IN DEMAND offers both at the best .. Been working here for more than a year and they offer a lot for Skillful individuals .The concentrate on the growth of a individual as well as they focus on company's growth as well .

      Inconvénients

      As said when its about submitting projects in time and getting the milestone completed B2B In Demand has always done its best and so it's a blooming organization for now . So there are kind of ups and downs but every failure is a stepping stone to success that's how everyone grow's .

      Avantages

      To start with, the most amazing thing of this company is, it does not let you feel like you are an employee. It just feels like a family. Management is the first thing that you can count on without any hesitation, they will never keep a barrier between the employee and themselves. Mostly the work environment will not make you feel that you are working in an office because it is very friendly. Motivation for new talent and opportunities to excel is always an energy spread all over the place. Work and Fun go together in the office.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing much to worry about, but still If you feel any cons here, company will work to fix it.

      I have worked with so many other Lead Gen companies but B2B InDemand is one of the best. No one comes even close to this one. I am happy that i got an opportunity to work with B2B InDemand. Its an employee-centric organisation that truly cares, supports and develops its employees. Ample opportunities to learn and grow
