Avantages
Strong leadership from well respected industry giants means the company has survived and thrived during the "Great Recession." Senior management isn't afraid to listen to those that work for them and try new things. And when they don't work, instead of assigning blame they figure out what went wrong and improve. Excellent place to work if you have a passion for all things automotive.
Inconvénients
Private equity model puts tremendous emphasis to grow despite down turn in market, resulting in very lean staff. Innovation comes from select few, not enough to sustain new growth, leading to constant merger and acquisition activity and uncertainty. Leadership now near or past retirement age.
