Avantages
- Employees are required to work from the office two days per week.
Inconvénients
- The laptop is extremely unreliable. It usually freezes at the worst possible moments, and the display quality is poor—it keeps flickering frequently. - Even if you receive a strong rating, such as 4.5 out of 5, the salary increase is only around 2–3%. This is barely significant, especially when you're not even in the taxable income bracket. On top of that, part of the performance pay is shifted into fixed pay and presented as a hike, so the overall CTC doesn’t actually increase. - The laptop constantly requires patch updates. If you don’t restart it to install them, the system forces a restart automatically—even during meetings. After each update, the laptop seems to become even slower. - I have already replaced my laptop 5–6 times. At this point, I’ve given up and requested to be assigned tasks that can be handled on a basic dual-core processor.
