Avantages

If you are competent enough, and you work hard enough, you can make good money for yourself. (You also have to work in a territory that has enough people and doesn’t have too many issues.)

Inconvénients

Every single minute detail about management. They are awful at communicating, they are passive aggressive, they make changes to commission structure and put into immediate effect with no warning, PTO is embarrassing. Base salary is embarrassing. also no growth opportunities. They barely give you any holidays. Name one lie, Azend.

Coworkers at the staff level were often supportive and did their best under difficult conditions

Inconvénients

Leadership lacked consistency, structure, and accountability Frequent understaffing created ongoing burnout Expectations were unclear and often changed without communication Limited training and minimal support for employees HR was not an effective resource; employee concerns did not appear to be taken seriously or addressed in a meaningful way Culture felt transactional rather than supportive
