Avantages
1)Will get large scope to learn and explore new manufacturing and Systems 2)Got a chance to interact with customers across the globe. 3) Dealing with project from scratch to finished product gave enormous exposure on timely delivering zero defect finished product. 4)Good Work atmosphere and freedom at work to take individual decisions
Inconvénients
1) Work load which forced us to work all 7 days of the week many time.
