      Cool research, one of the few biotech companies in New Orleans, decent resume builder

      Inconvénients

      No upward momentum, non-supportive manager/coworkers (will talk behind your back), unhealthy workplace environment, unclear guidelines for raises/promotions, awful management, low pay
