This Organisation is still Toxic - Avis employé Finance Axios Systems

Many will read these reviews and make their own judgements. I worked with this organisation and i have never been so glad to leave in all my life - was torture! The family that owns the business genuinely believe they are owed something for giving people jobs. There are more and more people leaving having realised there are better organisations to work for with much better conditions. There is total lack of trust with the family & the employees. You need permission as well as justifying why you want to work at home. Albeit the family members just choose when to turn up for work or stroll in/out whenever they like. Some of the family members are ageist - the feel people in there 50’s have less to offer! Some of the family members have been responsible for some employees going on the sick then having to resign as they couldn’t cope or face coming back to the office due to their manners and approach towards them. Some would call it a form of bullying. While management team (8 months old) now left and not replaced with the family blaming them rather than looking at their own behaviours . Lack of leadership in finance team or Marketing team. Some of the family fight against other family members. Its clear they are not all joined up with some family members just doing what they want. You hear the family shouting at each other - its not pleasant. Overall revenues are declining in many of the regions with the family not willing or wanting to face up to the facts or tell employees there is nothing to worry about. With all the recent departures the organisation is rudderless with no real leadership.
