Avantages
I have worked at Axiom SL for nearly 5 years. I was interviewing for 2 other roles when I made the decision to join the firm and in my first week after accepting the role, I knew I made the right decision. My team was / is great, and I was introduced to people I would be working with who were clearly passionate about what they do and were very intelligent. After my first year, I received a sizable bonus which ended up being more than I expected and was told how significant my contributions were to the firm. I since have received 3-4 sizable raises and have gotten promotions along the way as well. This is a company that treats their employees well, while giving them opportunities to advance and work on projects that are on a global scale, which is something I am thrilled to have gotten the experience to do.
Inconvénients
Vacation policy could be a bit more significant, although management allows us to utlizie our sick days as vacation days and I have never had a problem with the 3 weeks I was given. When I had to go over my vacation days, management always OK'd it and never docked me or any of my teammates. Downtown office can be tricky for some people who commute from the suburbs, but perfect for me living in Brooklyn.
