      1. Very disorganised management team 2. Always the fear of getting fired with no prior warning which happened multiple times while I was there 3. Horrible place for young professionals to grow. The company is run like a real estate and hotel management firm

      I am working as a Site Engineer at Awfis and the good work-life balance helps to keep things in the flow . The There is a proper reward scheme for employees. Moreover, fun activities and employee engagement activities are best to refresh our minds .

      Some members of the management lack leadership skills and put on target pressure.

      Avantages

      I have been working for awfis for the past 7 years as Senior sales manager, and there is job security. I got promotion twice and the culture is quite open here. Moreover , good incentives, fun activities, and skill training are worth it .

      Sometimes work life balance gets imbalanced due to work pressure, which needs to be looked upon.
