      Avantages

      Can be a good choice if you cannot find job anywhere else. There is a coffee-shop nearby, if you may need excuses to get out for a walk.

      Inconvénients

      People get yelled at. Obscene language is quite common.

      Avantages

      Company offered opportunities to work independent and in a team work. It also offered me an opportunity to discover my hidden skill which I did not know that I had.

      Inconvénients

      Small company, of course, payment is not great. Budget was also a problem when I wanted to buy for company.

      Avantages

      The technology itself is quite promising and will be a game changer should it succeed.

      Inconvénients

      The problem is that the technology is the in the hands of the wrong people. Pretty much all the management has come from Cypress or SVTC and have little to no experience with power discrete FETs or any sort of GaN processing. Those that actually have some sort of experience in either of these areas were either let go by management or left of their own accord for better opportunities.
