      Avnet has the feel of a small company with the ability to leverage their size to drive opportunities. From top down people are always willing to help that care about their business.

      Inconvénients

      At times some tasks can take longer to accomplish due to the size and complexity but people are always willing to jump in.

      Large company ok benefits, pay is ok

      Inconvénients

      No structure, no training, high expectations, terrible management skills, only cares about numbers not quality in work. On going numbers game cycle. (QBR drives productivity)
