      Stable pay due to large investment round.

      Inconvénients

      More red tape than I could even explain and I system that seems set up to never make decisions. They simply don't understand how far behind they are in the times.

      Avantages

      Fast moving company, lots of potential in the future, lots of emphasis on a humble culture

      Inconvénients

      Decisions are bottlenecked. Changes are slow and reactive. The growing pains from small to large company have been real and have not been resolved. Everybody important is burnt out.
