      Avantages

      Some nice people come through Autofuss to work. There are nice amenities in the workplace, but they are intended for the client.

      Inconvénients

      Owners and EP do not treat employees and contractors respectfully as human beings. People put in at times 70+ hours/week (no overtime or comp time given). Workers have said that they are fine to put in the extra time but it is not acceptable when there are no thank you's said. Management is very secretive.

      Avantages

      This was the highlight of my freelance career so far. They have an eye for talent that is unrivaled; the team I worked with, I've had the good fortune to stay in touch and have become good friends. While it can be loose and resistant to structure at times, this is a comfortable working environment. And they pay well!

      Inconvénients

      Tons of work, somewhat late nights.
