Lots of pros, but the standout for me is the leadership and the people. Everyone within the company is interested in the business and wants the business to do well, and that makes a big difference.
Coming into the business, I met with leadership who were friendly and interactive and very welcoming.
The business itself is interesting and there's lots going on, so there's lots of work to be done and you definitely won't ever be bored.
They're always looking for ways to improve, so it feels like they actively care about the team and want to make sure things are going well.

The business is going through a lot of change, so there's a lot happening which can make it difficult to get your head around things.
