      Avantages

      I enjoyed working here, the staff are knowledgeable and it was fun working with the kids, families, and interdisciplinary therapists.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the reputation of the field, you'll have to do your own research and be very knowledgeable about "don'ts" of the field. I did not run into any ethical concerns with direct client care while I worked at the company, but each experience is going to depend on the BCBA provider.

Ensuring our clients and their families receive the best possible care takes a lot of folks working together. We believe deeply in the importance of training and developing our staff, so everyone feels prepared to serve our families. We offer a number of resources to anyone feeling overwhelmed, including additional support and training from a regional Field Trainer and/or direct Supervisor.       Avantages

      • Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

      Inconvénients

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!

      Amazing clients, good growth opportunities

      Unstable work environment for the clinic, lack of communication, kept putting people who don't care in charge, half pay for when clients cancel same day
