Avantages
There was a lot of room for salary growth for young professionals stepping into Atos. Flexible hybrid work environment. A lot of people worked from home. Professional development options readily available within my team.
Inconvénients
There were not many young people, or diversity in general, in my department. A lot of the employees have been disillusioned working for Atos, this often leads to new employees being scared off. People over the age of 35 do not have good salary increases available to them in the same way as young professionals within the company do. A lot of expectations for overtime work without good compensation. The team I was in was overworked and yet still behind with client work whilst Atos was still accepting new clients for our team, but not hiring new people or increasing the budget for new employees. Disheartening for employees.
