Avantages

Mentorship, Career Growth, mission, cool customers, as a seller you get to sell 30-40k deals after about a year which is extremely fast

Inconvénients

It’s a lot of hard work, it’s more technical of a more product, high expectations as sdr in terms of activity, learning and just overall performance

Avantages

Lot's of learning, very technical and in demand in the market. It's a good place to be for a cybersecurity specialized role.

Inconvénients

Very results oriented, there is clear expectations at 3 months or 1 year to be promoted or be asked to leave and find another role. When people are asked to leave they are told privately and go remote which makes it almost like they disappear from the team while they search for a new role. I wish there was a better way they handled this

Avantages

The team - most people are the same age and are friends outside of work

Inconvénients

Initial salary was above market nationally, but roughly median for SF being an expensive city. The good news is I get very consistent raises and my compensation has doubled in <2 years.
