      Avantages

      Employees are very friendly, approachable, and willing to help While there is hierarchy the structure is relatively flat so its easy to approach everyone Small team leads to exposure to many aspects of the company

      Inconvénients

      Loss of staff has led to loss of product knowledge. No willingness or ability to replace staff has led to overworked individuals No professional development, room for growth, or people to learn from. Need to "get it done" takes precedent over "doing it right"

      Avantages

      Fresh building in great location with park like setting for lunch time walks Approachable managers Work force goes for perfection and takes pride in it Good team spirit

      Inconvénients

      Part of larger corporation which means both good and on occasion bad. Used to be closer to down town. If you don't live close and have an 8-5 position, traffic on the highways can be a little too much

      Avantages

      A small to mid sized company that has room to grow, and is not highly structured. So it's easier to get things done quickly. You get to know people quickly in the company because of its small size. Vacation days left over can be roll over to next year (40 hours limit).

      Inconvénients

      Less structured means many times people don't follow good business practices. Quality of work is low. Many managers are not competent for what they're in charge.
