      Avantages

      Co-workers all really awesome, which is rare. Well Kevin the manager was personable treated you like an adult. Sherry the Supervisor super amazing knows her job inside and out and over the top helpful.

      Inconvénients

      The workload is over the top You absolutely cannot do all that is required of you there is no way. You pretty much skate by and correct as customers find corrections that weren't corrected as well as work in a mini call-center environment as well as respond to group emails addressed to you.

      Avantages

      Colleagues are always willing to help. This is a team atmosphere. Hard work is rewarded. The job is hybrid. Micromanagement is low.

      Inconvénients

      Work can be frustrating as there are a lot of corrections to be made and requires constant monitoring for accuracy.
