      Like most contract assignments, when work dries up, you may be sitting at home for a while. Starting pay is lower than most competitive companies.

      Avantages

      Worked in a place where everyone is a professional regardless of their position. Happy that I was able to learn from the talented and experienced people.

      Avantages

      Schedule was good and flexible when consistent.

      Inconvénients

      It is a relatively small company trying to expand by hanging onto outdated principles. Upper management seems to be closed minded to suggestions. There seems to be a "good ol boy" network in full effect that is virtually impossible to overcome.
