      Avantages

      Everyone on the team works well together and is always happy to help or share their knowledge. It's an excellent location to learn and develop professionally.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be fairly hard, especially around project launches. However, the crew is always available to help each other, making the situation manageable and even enjoyable.

      - Micromanagement. Never enjoyed working with Time Doctor. - Getting a pay raise is almost impossible. - No or limited opportunity for growth
