      Avantages

      Great people Solid product, though lack of innovation and testing - makes customer life really complicated. Solid customer base. Great company parties / corporate events.

      Inconvénients

      Poor mid & high level management decisions on a day to day basis ... No salary recalculation based on inflation at least in the Netherlands High performers are not rewarded. Good people that worked for years are leaving the company ...

      Would like the option to telecommute more frequently and the option to attend more social events with colleagues.
