Reasonable work-life balance; holidays are generous; flexibility for medical appointments and peronal issues are rarely a problem.

Compentsation: Poor Career Opportunities: No loyalty from the company to their staff; no structured promotion path (in fact, almost no in-career progression) Management Style and Company Outlook: No corporate vision or leadership; repeatedly making the same mistakes over and over again; failure by upper management to listen to middle management; no action taken on feedback recieved from staff, even when the feedback was requested; no follow up on feedback provided in exit interviews; no attempt to retain engineers resulting in information drain - the company actually lacks the ability to maintain their existing products!
