Competitive pay Good location Team outing Few of the team leads are good ,technical and helpful people, few of them are below than average and are very arrogant Don't let the good reviews fool you, these were filled by the HR dept to maintain the rating of organisation.

1 Useless/untruthful HR department, they will promise you of some perks while joining which will never be fulfilled, their policies are not laid out yet and they mold the policies to their benefits 2 No work life balance at all, you will have to work on almost all weekends and for long hours during the week 3 Organisation is being run by non IT people who does not know how to treat their employees, will pass personal/lucid remarks in front of everyone 4 Management can't hear no from employee, I have seen senior people being hired and then they were forced to leave by assigning them ridiculous tasks and impossible deadline. 5 Almost all senior people have left the organisation because of the abuse by management. 6 Senior Management specifically target people, if you are in their hitlist then your life will become hell 7 No room for lunch, people have to sit @ reception 8 No training program, they think if they have hired you you should know everything 9 does not believe in growing an individual 10 They will keep interviewing people but will never hire the right talent, people try to fit in their relatives irrepect of the job need I have seen people developing stress problem because of the constant pressure created by the highly inefficient management

There are quite a few positives but these are some that quickly come to my mind: 1. Located at the best location. 2. Some compassionate people who really care about making a difference. 3. Work Culture is friendly. 4. Always surrounded by passionate people having high desire to learn & explore new technology. 5. Motivates fresh new talent to excel. 6. Senior Mgt is supportive and lends a hand to all their employees in all aspects of professional growth and personal life. 7. Late night food for extra time put in at work as and when required. 8. Exceptional team outings Retreat where the company takes us out for 2-3 days and gives 5-star treatment to all, Quarterly official parties/ picnics. 9. Work from home policy is in place (given to support people at work) 10. Good Pay Masters in tricity and Good Performance Bonuses are in place. 11. Gives exposure to new technologies 12. Flexible work hours 13. Reasonably good benefits
