Selective Accountability: Varying standards for call metrics create a sense of inequality among team members. 3. OTE Discrepancy: The disparity between promised and actual earnings is a widespread concern. 4. Resistance to Feedback: Efforts to provide constructive feedback are met with resistance. Addressing these issues, particularly favoritism, and implementing transparent policies are crucial steps towards creating a more equitable and supportive work environment.
