      Appreciate the feedback here. I often say, former employees oftentimes have a lot of insight, so I appreciate you being willing to share that here. Glad to see some of the pros you listed but also disappointed in the con as well. Part of the challenge with a business like ours is what our clients need and those needs constantly changing.       Avantages

      I love working with all the different teams at ArcherPoint. There are so many intelligent, friendly, easy to work with employees here at ArcherPoint. It is a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      It was very difficult for me jumping to the consultant side, but there were many employees that helped me adjust. The hardest part of the job is the different environments and customizations for each of the customers.

      Really appreciate the feedback here in particular from a newer employee. And I tend to agree, we have a lot of really awesome people here! The move from an employee-owned company has certainly been a new journey for a number of us. I hope you'll find that we still have the entrepreneurial spirit.
