      Avantages

      There are more work colleagues to solve issues or just learn from. The pay and benefits are good. The work suits my skillset, mostly.

      Inconvénients

      Some tasks are not in my skillset. There are times I have to wait for update and have to explain to customer a few times.

      This is invaluable feedback, in particular the comment around sometimes the specific work not being in your skillset. I hope you've felt supported in getting any training that might be needed but I know sometimes that happens after the request. Very glad to hear that, much like me, you enjoy the ability to be able to solution and problem solve with our colleagues. We truly have some of the brightest people here for sure!       Avantages

      I love working with all the different teams at ArcherPoint. There are so many intelligent, friendly, easy to work with employees here at ArcherPoint. It is a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      It was very difficult for me jumping to the consultant side, but there were many employees that helped me adjust. The hardest part of the job is the different environments and customizations for each of the customers.

      Really appreciate the feedback here in particular from a newer employee. And I tend to agree, we have a lot of really awesome people here! The move from an employee-owned company has certainly been a new journey for a number of us. I hope you'll find that we still have the entrepreneurial spirit.
