      It's a renowned company have lot of business in bahrain

      Upper management is not good, 2023 bonus was too low they rated v. Good employees to low so that to skip their incentives.

      Good pay, 13th salary, annual bonus

      Inconvénients

      CEO is a bully, so there’s a culture of nervous anxiety, fear, 24/7 working and more and more “yes” people. One suicide, one collapse, physical altercations among manager level employees. Yet no one is accountable.
