Inconvénients
Workload, there is always something to do. Sometimes you are asked to resume the office on Saturdays. Promotions are not consistent, most times you'll have to attempt to resign before they offer you salary increase/promotion. Punish staff a lot, HR/OPEX is really strict, give out violations/queries for little offences like coming late. Long meetings.
