I've been here long enough to know this place is a sinking ship. You can even see the fake reviews on October and September 25th and how they're written exactly the same, one month apart. SMH. I wish there were more honest reviews before I started because I regret joining this company every single day. The worst thing about Apptimize is the leadership. It doesn't exist. They got rid of the leaders that mattered and kept the ones that don’t, or like most of us, don’t even have a leader. The vision of the company is constantly changing and nobody knows what they’re doing. It’s a very inexperienced team and they all have inflated titles. They’re never around, either always on PTO or walking in at noon. The culture was great when I first started but now it’s dead and full of fear. I’ve learned there are no opportunities for me since I don’t have a manager and nobody cares to take on the responsibility. People are stepping in to take on the responsibilities yet deliver nothing and provide zero value. Everyone has been leaving the company and now I know why!
