You are either managed by someone who has no idea how to do the job or someone who barely does. -Unless you drink the cool aid you will be pushed out. -Sales and marketing teams have been changed numerous times since the company started 4 years ago. -No one wants to buy the product. -Nepotism is alive and well. (Especially by CEO) -You work all day everyday. Constantly being Slacked to do things on your off hours. -Major promises (and lies) are made to employees so they join, but they never get fulfilled. -The turnover is extremely high. -CEO is inappropriate and says things a "leader" should never say to her employees.
