However, we take your comments regarding late night and early morning hours very seriously. While our global footprint requires some flexibility, working until 2:00 AM or starting at 7:00 AM should not be the standard expectation. We recognize that turnover creates additional pressure on those who stay, and we are actively working to break that cycle by improving our resource planning and recruitment speed.

Appspace has offered a great work-life balance, a willingness to embrace new ideas, and an environment that’s supportive without creating constant performance pressure.

Some of the challenges I’ve experienced at Appspace have been leadership inconsistency due to organizational changes and turnover at the upper-management level. At times, decision-making authority felt limited, which slows progress. There also needs to be more structured coaching and mentorship opportunities from senior high performers to help support continued growth and development.
