The company is like my second family, yet still embraces my actual family to create an excellent work-life balance. The pay and benefits are excellent for the area. Inconvénients
Being a mature start-up, we all have to wear many hats to accomplish the tasks at hand. This can be seen as a negative sometimes if you are not used to this type of work environment. It takes a very special and highly motivated individual to truly make the cut at this company.
