      Avantages

      nice people very good location if you live in TA

      Inconvénients

      Very low salary comparing to other companies Benefits do not exists, you even have to pay for the parking (and you must pay, otherwise you won't find any parking at this location) The same routine every day, and it's a very bad routine - just wait to get resources to make an app, prepare the app, and wait for someone to tell you all the resources had been changed, and please - do it all again (but don't worry, you get all night for that)

      Avantages

      Collaboration between divisions is excellent, the company's management has become more transparent which gives a sense of responsibility. We are better aligned on objectives and have abilities to showcase our skills.

      Inconvénients

      Internal process hasn't been ideal but since then it has evolved and changed for the better and we all now see and feel the benefits of it.
