Appleton is a growing company, however has not yet mastered how to become proactive vs. reactive. The vision of Appleton is blurry and there is a lack of transparency from the Management Team. The foundation of Appleton and company culture has declined since the start of working with Appleton. There are always growing pains when a company grows, however if the Management Team does not listen to the proactive suggestions and concerns of it's co-workers, how can the company reach its true potential? The company truly has the potential to be great, but the company culture and disorganized structure will only continue to weaken with potential growth if not addressed.
