      Avantages

      Getting paid weekly was a nice touch. They usually get back to you via email nicely.

      Inconvénients

      You only get Sick time, no PTO. Also if ur not working then you dont get a paid. So no holiday pay or overtime. They never have any other jobs opened.

      Avantages

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities.

      Inconvénients

      Recruiters actively use biased, coded language to gatekeep candidates. They lack basic professional standards, ghosted me for weeks, and minimized my professional history.
