Avantages
Very goal oriented, smart, young and (mostly) humble team that has achieved a lot in a very short time period. The founders have put a lot of emphasize on building a strong team and culture. I love the fact that most team members have a strong feeling of ownership and are highly motivated to navigate in this fast paced environment. Another very important factor is that AppDirect has built an incredible product that is disrupting the industry and has huge potential of being a multi billion dollar company in the foreseeable future.
Inconvénients
As a rapidly growing organization, priorities, organization, processes have to be adapted constantly, which can be challenging for some people. However, this is what building a company is all about and you can learn a ton. Due to the explosive growth, the leadership team has not put much focus on leadership development and mentorship, which is key to scaling the business in the future.
