You get hands-on experience on latest technologies. AppDirect adopts all the required tech-stack very quickly. Very huge and complex systems are designed. Pay you highest salary according to industry standards when you join.
Inconvénients
Salary hike during performance review cycle is very low. Promotions are delayed. Work culture varies according to the team. (Overall not very much friendly environment) Company is expanding rapidly in related domains and aquiring other small companies, due to which the leadership is not stable. It's changing frequently. AppDirect lay offs every year, under performing employees.
