My colleagues are the best. Everyone is willing to help each other and the work is rewarding. You learn a lot of new technical skills quickly that are very useful for any technical customer success or support role in the start up/fast growth industry.
Inconvénients
The job is not easy. The bell curve for being able to function almost independently is 3 months. However, i love a challenge and really thrived in this environment.
The pay and benefits are below industry standard and PTO isn't great. Those are my only two problems with this job
