      Avantages

      I worked at Valedra for 2 months, it was just 1 month since the company's inception that I joined there. There were very few employees and the atmosphere was nice. The other employees, including the CEO, were very chill and co-operative, and focused on learning and keeping productive.

      Inconvénients

      There was no proper structure to the internship, as the company was a very young start-up.

      Avantages

      Brand name seems to be huge but interview process felt pathetic and unprofessional.

      Inconvénients

      I was made to wait for a prolong period of time for just a round of interview which would have taken 5 to 10 mins. The HR department should respect people's time. This was uncalled for and is extremely unprofessional.
