It genuinely has the client's best interests at heart and refreshingly treats them with respect vs other top agencies who are often only interested in the awards case study. Lovely talented people who are ambitious but not to the expense of others. Talented and varied skillsets to learn from. It's not for those who want to stay in their lane/discipline but for those who are tired of the traditional agency structure, it has got a lot of things right. The fact it hardly pitches and yet has recently seen huge growth (organic) is testament to a healthy business model.
