I thoroughly enjoyed my time at ACT and loved the people I worked with. Ben Jump, my supervisor, was always extremely helpful and engaged in our work. When I had questions, he wouldn't just give me the answer. Rather, he would help walk me through it. I greatly appreciate my time at this company.

The only downside really is you spend your whole day at a computer dealing with some not so friendly clients. I wish there was a more effective way we could verify our legitimacy or a more efficient way to contact our clients. Most of the time the cold calls ended with no dice.
