      Good work/life balance. Amazingly supportive team that truly wants to help you succeed. A culture of doing right by the people around you and taking care of each other. Career opportunities for those looking to grow themselves. Customers are some of the nicest and easiest to work with you will ever find. Managers truly care about your personal and professional development and are there to support their teams.

      Inconvénients

      Technology is somewhat outdated. Product development has been delayed significantly over the years. Strategy from leadership can sometimes lack direction or consistency. The recent acquisition caught everyone by surprise and could have been handled better.

      Avantages

      - Bon plan de retraite - Entreprise stable (la société mère HH Angus est une équipe d'ingénieurs vraiment grande et qui fonctionne depuis longtemps)

      Inconvénients

      - Beaucoup de gens y ont travaillé pendant longtemps, donc pas beaucoup d'espace pour passer au niveau supérieur - Pas beaucoup d'événement d'entreprise
