Avantages

Amazing people in the Data Scientists group and several great support and software developers.

Inconvénients

No real business strategy. Very low revenue considering the current market that is in high demand for analytics solutions. Dishonest and unethical. Angoss is even trying to influence their GlassDoor ranking (see the sudden three reviews that some current employees posted in March 2015...). No consideration for sick people. There is no room to grow in this company. Angoss is small (around 50 employees) but is far from being adaptive and agile.

Avantages

Angoss partners with some of the biggest organizations in the world and it's exciting to work with some of the brightest minds in leading industries. As an account executive, I have complete autonomy over how to grow business in my territory. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow as a sales professional. There is constant two way communication with upper management that instills confidence in the direction the company is moving. As an organization, the company focuses on team work and everyone does their part to ensure success. Angoss has been growing at a tremendous rate year over year and it is definitely one of the most exciting companies to work for in the fastest growing industry right now. On top of this, the software and services offered are second to none, giving me full confidence that what I have to offer my prospects will truly make a difference for their company and positively impact their bottom line.

Inconvénients

If you're not willing to work hard every day, this is not the role for you.

Avantages

Well there are some good people and nice Tesco to walk to during lunch.

Inconvénients

There is not much. You follow a weekly schedule that does not work. There is not support from Business development team (actually there is not a team), no support from marketing and if you are working for the EMEA there is not money for you to go to see your customer face to face.
