      Co-workers, mountains, view and weather

      Inconvénients

      Owner and CEO are clowns. They don't care about their employees. Bothering someone who is in the hospital for a life threatening sickness, telling them they're going to have to fire you because you've missed more than 3 days as a new hire. The lack of compassion and understanding was mind boggling. Promising severance pay and never paying. This place is not to be trusted as employers.

      The Ranch is an amazing place with a great mission.

      Inconvénients

      Siloed communications between branches, summer season is high work level to near exhaustion, people wear many hats.
