- The biggest issue was how completely disconnected every part of the operation felt clinical, administrative, and coordination teams rarely seemed aligned - Constant gaps in how work moves from one step to the next - In a healthcare setting this is unacceptable because timing and accuracy are critical, yet daily work is filled with delays - Endless repeated follow ups and situations where information falls through entirely - Time is wasted trying to fix breakdowns instead of handling actual responsibilities - It becomes exhausting because these processes should be tightly coordinated, not constantly falling apart and being patched together
