      Avantages

      Training/Working in Germany was a great benefit.

      Inconvénients

      Owner went out of his way to make his people do things they weren't hired to do. You have sales people, a technician shouldn't have to go out and cold-call potential clients.

      A place to be able to showcase what you can bring, new ideas and ways of doing things are always received well and appreciated. Learned about th automotive industry. Flat organziation, passionate people to work with.
