Good technology in focus areas. Some business units are responsive and want to sell their technology.. Some groups simply aren't interested in what you're working on with customers..
Inconvénients
No RSUs. No ESPP. Company isn't too concerned about individuals. Large broad stroke layoffs. Some people are great and get back to you so you can support the customers. Some do not get back after multiple emails and/or calls. Feedback from customers is ADI is difficult to work with. Same customers say Linear Tech was great to work with. ADI is large and some groups just don't want to invest their time in your sales opportunities. It's too bad because the company could win more business if it would be more responsive. Company has great technology, especially through acquisitions like LTC and Hittite.
